Portland Beer Week is a 10-day annual celebration of beer in the greatest beer city on earth. Our events span the inner city, into the suburbs and feature special beers, collaborations with food providers and craftspeople, enlightening pairing events, seminars, beer dinners, screenings, and much, much more that proves why Portland remains a top destination for beer.
This isn’t just a beer festival, it’s a celebration of creativity, craft and culture. Portland Beer Week showcases everything that makes craft beer great from beer films, history, and design to tasting and pairing all the way to the economics, science and business of craft beer. It’s not just fun, it’s educational and palate opening for thousands of people nationwide, drawing not just from the local community but beer fans across the country and every year the number of international guests increases.

Portland Beer Week is a grassroots organization founded in 2011 as a small side project. Over the last 10 years the event has found it’s footing as a smaller and curated 10-day event with modest sponsorships aimed at benefiting both small breweries, bars, restaurants and bottle shops as well as the beer fans that make them. To make Portland Beer Week possible, we need your help. A variety of small to medium sized investments benefit both the ongoing production of beer week as well as raising awareness and building the brands of those who support us.

To make Portland Beer Week possible, we need your help. A variety of small to medium sized investments benefit both the ongoing production of beer week as well as raising awareness and building the brands of those who support us.
Portland Beer Week makes room to participate even at small levels from the neighborhood pub or nano brewery to large beer distributors and grocery stores. The minimum level of investment is only $100 which gets your events on our official calendar and website. If you are looking to showcase your brand or products there are many more opportunities to co-brand or participate in events with thousands of attendees.
LISTING SPONSOR - $149
Plan and host your own events or promos and be an official entry into Portland Beer Week’s 10-day calendar. Have your events featured in our listings and promotions with the extra reach of beer week’s dedicated fans and tourists visiting this summer. Portland Beer Week’s calendar gets tens of thousands of views in the weeks leading up and through the official beer week dates. $149 includes unlimited event listings within the official 10-day period and is not otherwise limited.
NON BEVERAGE BUSINESS - $200
Don’t run a brewery or beverage related business, but still want in? Get your brand in front of beer lovers, beer industry workers and influencers. Host your own events with insider access to beer week partners and outside events vendor opportunities, advertising to beer week’s dedicated audience in social and newsletter subscribers, and an opportunity to be part of craft beer elite.
FEATURED EVENT SPONSOR - $550
Add unlimited events to the official beer week calendar during the 10-day period each year. ALSO, Portland Beer Week will feature an event on the front page of the website at pdxbeerweek.com, on the dedicated featured events page as a marquee highlight, and in direct mailed newsletters and promoted/boosted social media posts to tens of thousands of followers and media/press connections. Each featured events requires an additional sponsorship for $550.
HOST PARTNER - (VARIABLE TICKET SHARING)
Custom opportunities to host events or partner with Portland Beer Week on established turnkey events with proven success. This sponsorship supports your unique event or host established events by providing a platform. Examples include the Brewers Burger Brawl, Brewers & Their Bands Showcase, and various food pairings, dinners, workshops and min-fests. MARQUEE SPONSORS - $1,500
Unlimited events calendar listings during the annual 10-day beer week timeframe. ALSO Add up to three featured events ($1,650 value) to the front page of the website to be featured in sponsored posts, advertising, and dedicated email newsletters to Portland Beer Week’s tens of thousands of followers.
Marquee sponsors may split their benefits to one or more brands for an added boost (example: distributor and brewery, or taproom and food truck, etc.) to boost participation for a family of brands.
Split the title sponsor between benefits and costs between two brands.
Listed as a sponsor (with link) in all press releases and opportunities to a promotional graphic and/or about section.

TITLE SPONSOR - $2500
Get your logo and brand onto the front page of our website and on physical posters. Get call-outs, links, and opportunities to share your brand or product directly to beer week followers via social media, our newsletter subscribers, or media advertisements and press releases. Unlimited events calendar listings during the annual 10-day beer week timeframe. Title sponsors may also add up to three featured top marquee events to the beer week website to be featured above others, and added marketing support. Your beer or brand will be directly offered opportunities at our top events or to host your own with added push by the beer week team.

PRESENTING SPONSOR - $5000

Your brand will have top presenting sponsor placement above the Portland Beer Week title on posters, newsletters, and advertising, front page with links on pdxbeerweek.com and top placement in press releases and media outreach. Find your logo involved in nearly every level of beer week along with exclusive co-branding opportunities for collaboration beers and official events, products, and special releases. Also choose to have up to three of your events as the featured top event for beer week and advertised on multiple platforms in addition to unlimited events calendar listings during the annual 10-day beer week timeframe.
Beyond advertising, Beer Week staff support is available for select events. As a Presenting Sponsor, you are invited to all Beer Week produced events with first right of refusal.
